Acquiring building permits is a complex and time-consuming process. Building permits are required for construction of new buildings, remodels of existing buildings (interior or exterior), gates, fences, walls, patio covers, and most other major structural, electrical or plumbing changes made to a building regardless if it is a residential or commercial building.

If you don’t have an engineer, architect or need a general contractor we can help you to get estimates and contracts as needed. We review the plans to catch any missing items before they are given to the local jurisdiction for review. The fewer items missing or incorrect the faster the building permit can be received. This is because each correction requires a new submittal of the corrected plans which then also needs to be reviewed. This prolongs the building permit plan review process.
