Kimble County Farm Bureau's AgLead Program is a unique initiative preparing farmers and ranchers to advocate for agriculture from local to national levels. Limited to 12 participants aged 25 or older, this program focuses on leadership, communication, and issue tackling, providing skills that extend beyond the farm gate. From opening applications on June 1, 2023, to graduation in December 2025, participants engage in sessions across Texas and the nation, tackling key issues in agriculture. If you're a Texas Farm Bureau member and ready to sow the seeds of a bright future, learn more about the AgLead Program and its impactful schedule here.
