Our clients will focus on building their work readiness skills in the Emerging Foundations Phase. By the end of 24 instructional weeks of the Emerging Foundations Phase, the first cohort of I/DD young adults will have mastered:

*Problem-solving skills
*Interpersonal skills
*The ability to adapt/be flexible
*Time management skills
