Patients with COVID-19 Symptoms (that want to see a provider):
Adair County Medical Clinic in Greenfield will be separating well patients from patients with any COVID-19 symptoms, inside the clinic. This change is for the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors
All patients entering any Adair County Health System facility will need to wear a procedure mask and check in with the closest registration desk for screening.
Patients that present with COVID-19 symptoms at the door will be seen through the Urgent Care Clinic. There is no need to call ahead or schedule an appointment. Urgent Care Clinic hours are from 7:30 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturday.
Adair County Health Systems Family Practice Providers (PCP) in the Greenfield Clinic will only be seeing well patients at this time. If you have a scheduled appointment with your PCP and have COVID-19 symptoms at the door screening, you will be moved to the Urgent Care Clinic at that time.
The waiting room has been rearranged to allow for proper social distancing with plexiglass between the chairs. This will allow for a separation of good patients and ill patients.
COVID-19 symptoms may include fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or loss of taste/smell.
