As a long time resident Jean has been actively involved in many Arizona communities ranging from being a student in the Scottsdale school district to a homeowner in different communities throughout the Phoenix and surburban areas. Jean was born in South Carolina and enjoyed spending time between there and Arizona. She graduated from Lander University and Clemson University with advanced degrees in educational school administrator.
