Job Shadows places students in workplaces to interact with and observre one or more employees. Based on a students interest in a specific career and/or organization, a job shadowing experience can help the student learn more about the nature of the job and the work environment as well as the education and training required to succed. The will last anywhere from a few hours to a full day at the job site, and are generally targeted to 110th, 11th, 12th grades.
