The Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade, Investment, and Technology, AC (COMCE), arose in 1999 from the merger of CONACEX and CEMAI, as an initiative of the leading organizations of the private sector to create an organization dedicated to the promotion of foreign trade, the foreign investment, and technology development.
